CLOTH CAT MUSIC COURSES STARTING IN MAY

Cloth Cat continues to deliver exciting and progressive courses aimed at people who are wanting to develop their music. With a team of experienced and helpful tutors on hand to enable you to get the most from the course. Not only do you get the opportunity to get the most from their experience through practical delivery, but through their partnership with the Workers Educational Association, they can offer free tuition to those on any means tested benefits with only a £3 admin fee payable to the WEA. If you are working there is a charge which works out at around £2 per hour of learning.

The programme starting in early May includes:

Let Us Gig: Performance course which also involves techniques on all aspects of performing and stagecraft, along with writing and arranging pieces.

Sing YOUR Song: Whether you're already in a band or perform as a singer wanting to develop your voice, this course will help you gain more confidence in your own abilities.

Introduction to Live Sound Engineering: This practical course will not only give you a grounding in how sound works, but will provide a hands-on experience leading to working a live gig.

Introduction to Guitar: A 10 week introduction in to the basics of playing acoustic guitar so by the end you will have the confidence to be able to construct and play simple songs
