CD REVIEW - "BUTTERFLY IN REVERSE" - WATERLAND

Very, very rarely a CD is released which, after listening to it, leaves you embraced within a deep glow of enjoyment and enrichment. Such is the Waterland CD “Butterfly In Reverse” The evocative voice of Jon Palmer and musicianship of Sam Barratt, combine to give the listener a collection of songs, which touch the subconscious recesses and trigger deep thoughts and feelings. The CD is reflective, as in the song “Down By The Sea,” defiant and inspiring with “Resurrection Man” and superbly harmonious with the title track “Butterfly In Reverse”. Without any glimpse of a weak song, and complete with production, of the very highest quality, this must surely be one of the CD’s of 2007 and beyond.
